We offer FREE healthy cooking courses which centre around developing peoples’ cooking skills, understanding of healthy eating and build confidence in cooking a meal from scratch on a budget.
We have a wealth of healthy eating advice, tips and healthy recipes.





We provide wellbeing services and nutrition-based education and resources in the community, which are aimed at specific vulnerable or target groups who do not pay for these services. These services include:

If you live in Leeds, are aged 18 and over, and want to know how to cook and eat in a healthier way while meeting new people, then our cooking clubs are for you!
Morning and afternoon cooking clubs are available from Monday to Friday
Free 13 week cooking clubs (one session per week)
Sessions taking place in Armley Leisure Centre Leeds.

I loved the environment the second I walked in the door. We enjoyed making the tofu curry.
